White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake
A rich and creamy white chocolate cheesecake with a smooth, velvety texture, layered on a buttery almond biscuit base and finished with vibrant raspberries. Balanced in sweetness with xylitol, offering a light, fruity contrast to the indulgent white chocolate.
Ingredients:
Butter biscuits (blanched almonds, rice flour, unsalted butter milk, xylitol, xanthan gum), unsalted butter, gelatine leaves, water, white chocolate, evaporated milk, xylitol, vanilla extract, cream cheese, raspberries.
Allergens:
Contains milk and nuts (almonds). May contain traces of other nuts (due to the production environment of ingredients).
Baked in an aluminium foil tin, size 8” (approx. 20 cm diameter, 6 cm deep).
Storage: Keep refrigerated at all times.
Best before: 4-5 days from production date.
