I’m Kate – a coeliac, home baker and the heart behind Kate’s Gluten Free Factory.
When I was diagnosed with coeliac disease, food suddenly became complicated. Eating out, grabbing a cake with , or even baking at home has become a challenge. I wanted safe food, but I also refused to give up on flavour and joy.
That’s how Kate’s Gluten Free Factory was born. In my small, 100% GF kitchen in Mansfield Woodhouse, every recipe is tested, tweaked, and made to bring the joy of food back.
