Flaky, buttery gluten-free puff pastry filled with a rich savoury mixture of mushrooms, cheddar cheese, onion and chickpeas. This vegetarian version is perfectly seasoned and baked until golden – comforting, satisfying and full of flavour, delicious both warm and cold.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), butter (milk), mushrooms, cheddar cheese (milk), onion, chickpeas, vegetable bouillon powder (rice flour, sea salt, maltodextrin from maize, vegetables, yeast extract, sunflower or rapeseed oil, turmeric, mushrooms, parsley, garlic), salt, black pepper, egg.
Allergens: Milk, Eggs. May contain traces of celery, soya and mustard.
Serving Suggestion
Perfect as a quick lunch, snack or a warm savoury treat.
If reheating, preheat your oven to 160ºC and warm  for 10–12 minutes, until heated through.
Best consumed within 4-5 days from the production date.
Suitable for freezing. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
