A light gluten-free sponge layered with smooth coconut cream and sugar-free fruit jam, finished with fresh berries.
Ingredients:
Almond flour, rice flour, gluten-free baking powder, eggs, xylitol, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, salt, coconut milk, cornflour (corn starch), blackcurrant jam (no added sugar, pectin), raspberry & blackcurrant jam (no added sugar, pectin), fresh raspberries or fresh blueberries, white chocolate buttons (sugar, cocoa butter, chicory root, maltodextrin, maize flour, coconut oil, emulsifier: soya lecithins, flavouring).
Allergens:
Contains: eggs, soya, almonds.
May contain traces of other nuts.
