A delicate gluten-free lemon meringue tart with a crisp buttery base and smooth, tangy lemon filling, perfectly balanced with light sweetness from xylitol. Finished with a soft, airy meringue topping. Fresh, zesty and refined – best enjoyed chilled.
Ingredients:
Gluten free wheat flour, gluten free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), almond flour (almonds), butter (milk), organic whole milk (milk), eggs (egg), egg yolk (egg), xylitol, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, salt.
Allergy information: milk, egg .
Baked in a paper cake tin (approx. 10cm diameter, 2 cm deep).
Storage: Keep refrigerated at all times.
Best before: 4-5 days from production date.
