Soft, fluffy lemon drizzle muffins with a light, tender crumb and fresh citrus aroma. Best enjoyed warm, when the texture is at its softest and the flavour fully released.

Ingredients:

Lemons (zest and juice), xylitol, organic plant butter (shea butter oil, water, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, salt, almond, emulsifier: lecithin, carrot juice, lemon juice, natural sunflower oil flavour), eggs, gluten-free self-raising flour, gluten-free oat milk (water, gluten-free oats, salt).
