Spiced Gingerbread
Soft, fragrant gingerbread loaf with cranberry and nuts.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, buckwheat, maize, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, thickener: xanthan gum), plant milk, eggs, xylitol, rapeseed oil, honey, blackcurrant jam (blackcurrants, fruit sugars, gelling agent: pectin), cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, gingerbread spice mix (sugar, cinnamon, cloves, reduced-fat cocoa powder, nutmeg, allspice), baking powder, dried cranberries, walnuts.
Allergens: egg , nuts (walnuts)
Family Size: approx. 20×8 cm in a foil tray (serves 5–6)
