Soft, fragrant gingerbread loaf with a rich dark chocolate topping.

Ingredients:

Gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, buckwheat, maize, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, thickener: xanthan gum), milk, eggs, xylitol, rapeseed oil, honey, blackcurrant jam (blackcurrants, fruit sugars, gelling agent: pectin), cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, gingerbread spice mix (sugar, cinnamon, cloves, reduced-fat cocoa powder, nutmeg, allspice), baking powder, dried cranberries, walnuts, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, vanilla extract).

Allergens: egg, milk, nuts (walnuts, chocolate).

May contain traces of soya and peanuts.
