Kate’s Gluten Free Sourdough Loaf
A rustic, naturally fermented gluten-free loaf made with a blend of wholesome flours — buckwheat, rice, millet, oat, and potato — for a rich aroma, soft crumb, and perfectly crisp crust. Handcrafted and slow-baked, without yeast or preservatives.
Ingredients: Gluten-free oat sourdough (water, gluten-free oat flour), rice flour, gluten-free oat flour, buckwheat flour, potato flour, millet flour, psyllium husk, olive oil, organic apple vinegar, honey, Himalayan salt, water.

GLUTEN FREE. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS AND SOY.
SERVING SUGGESTION – GLUTEN FREE SOURDOUGH BREAD
This bread tastes best when gently reheated.
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
Warm the bread for about 10–15 minutes.
Enjoy it fresh and fragrant, just like straight from the oven!
