Classic Scotch eggs made with seasoned British pork, wrapped around free-range eggs and coated in a crisp gluten-free crumb. Perfect hot or cold.

Ingredients:

British pork sausages (British pork 97%, seasoning: salt, spices, gluten-free rice flour, preservative: sodium SULPHITE, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; beef collagen casing), free-range EGG, gluten-free crumb coating [Fioreglut gluten-free flour (gluten-free WHEAT starch, maize starch, dextrose, buckwheat flour, psyllium seed fibre, rice starch, thickener: guar; flavouring), gluten-free flour blend (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch)].
