Ingredients:
British pork sausage meat (90% pork, rice flour, chickpea flour, ground spices, dried onion, salt, white pepper, nutmeg), free-range egg, gluten-free crumb coating [Fioreglut gluten-free flour (gluten-free wheat starch, maize starch, dextrose, buckwheat flour, psyllium seed fibre, rice starch, thickener: guar, flavouring), gluten-free flour blend (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch)].
