Kate’s Gluten Free Loaf
A soft and fluffy gluten-free loaf, perfect for everyday meals, sandwiches, or simply enjoyed warm with a drizzle of olive oil.
Ingredients: Fioreglut gluten free flour (gluten free wheat starch, maize starch, dextrose, buckwheat flour, psyllium seed fibre, rice starch, thickener: guar, flavouring), water, yeast, olive oil, honey, salt.
ALLERGY ADVICE: GLUTEN FREE. CONTAINS GLUTEN FREE WHEAT STARCH. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS AND SOY
SERVING SUGGESTION – GLUTEN FREE BREAD
This bread tastes best when gently reheated.
- Preheat your oven to 160°C.
- Warm the bread for about 15 minutes (or longer if you prefer a crispier crust).
- Enjoy it fresh and fragrant, just like straight from the oven!
