Soft, light and fluffy gluten-free scones made with a simple blend of naturally gluten-free ingredients and oat drink. Dairy-free and sweetened with xylitol.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free self-raising flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, buckwheat flour, raising agents: mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum), oat drink (water, gluten-free oats, salt), organic plant butter (shea butter oil, water, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, almond flour, salt, emulsifier: lecithin, carrot juice, lemon juice, natural sunflower oil flavouring), xylitol, egg, lemon juice, gluten-free baking powder (raising agents: mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), xanthan gum, egg wash.
Allergy Information: Contains egg, oats and almonds.
May contain traces of other nuts due to manufacturing processes.
Serving Suggestion – Gluten-Free Scones
These scones taste best when gently reheated.
Preheat your oven to 160°C and warm the scones for 5–7 minutes — they should be warm and soft inside.
They’re also perfect for freezing.
Reheat according to your preference, but they taste best when served slightly warm.
