Soft, lightly spiced gluten-free hot cross buns made with orange zest, currants and a touch of honey. Fragrant, gently sweet and perfect enjoyed fresh or lightly toasted.

Water, eggs, tapioca flour, white rice flour, brown rice flour, psyllium husk, xanthan gum, yeast, honey, xylitol, currants, orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon, mixed spices.

Storage:

Store in a cool place in an airtight container. Best consumed within 7 days.

Serving suggestion:

Best enjoyed slightly warm. Reheat in the oven for 10 minutes at 170°C.

Freezing:

Suitable for freezing. After defrosting, refresh in the oven, air fryer or fan oven for a few minutes to bring back their soft texture.
