Naked Celebration Cake

A light gluten-free sponge layered with a smooth cream made from mascarpone, double cream and white chocolate.

The cake can be ordered plain or with an additional filling between the layers.

Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, buckwheat flour; raising agents: mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate; thickener: xanthan gum), EGGS, xylitol, gluten-free baking powder, xanthan gum, bicarbonate of soda, butter (MILK), buttermilk (MILK), double cream (MILK), mascarpone (MILK), white chocolate (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, flavourings)
