Raspberry & White Chocolate Tart
A delicate gluten-free tart with a buttery almond crust, filled with blackcurrant jam, fresh raspberries, light double cream and finished with white chocolate. A perfect balance of sweet and slightly tangy flavours.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free wheat flour, gluten-free flour blend (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, buckwheat flour), almond flour (almonds), butter (milk), egg, blackcurrant jam (blackcurrants, pectin), raspberries, double cream (milk), white chocolate.
Allergens:
Milk, Eggs, Almonds
May contain traces of nuts.
Baked in a paper cake tin (approx. 10cm diameter, 2 cm deep).
Storage: Keep refrigerated at all times.
Best before: 4-5 days from production date.
