A soft, creamy cheesecake made with delicate vanilla notes and juicy peaches. Set on a light almond gluten-free base, this cake is naturally sweetened with xylitol and made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Smooth, rich and perfectly balanced a comforting classic in a lighter, sugar-free version.

Ingredients:

Quark (curd cheese), peaches, eggs, butter, gluten-free flour, xylitol, almonds, potato starch, vanilla, salt.

Allergens:

Milk, eggs, nuts (almonds) May contain traces of: Other nuts

Free from:

Gluten, refined sugar

Baked in an aluminium foil tin, size 8” (approx. 20 cm diameter, 6 cm deep).

Storage: Keep refrigerated at all times.

Best before: 4-5 days from production date.
