Gluten Free Cottage Pie with British Wagyu Beef

A comforting classic made with rich British Wagyu beef, topped with creamy mashed potatoes and a light gluten-free crumb. Savoury, hearty, and naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients:
British Wagyu beef mince (beef), onion, butter (milk), Himalayan salt, black pepper, green peas, Organic Reduced Salt Vegan Bouillon Powder (rice flour, maltodextrin (from maize), vegetables (onion, carrot, parsnip), yeast extract, sunflower oil and/or rapeseed oil, turmeric, mushrooms, parsley, garlic, sea salt).
Topping: mashed potatoes (organic potatoes, organic whole milk (milk), butter (milk), Himalayan salt, black pepper).
Gluten free breadcrumbs (water, Fioreglut gluten free flour (gluten free wheat starch (wheat), maize starch, dextrose, buckwheat flour (buckwheat), psyllium seed fibre, rice starch, thickener: all guar gum, flavouring), yeast, olive oil, Greek extra virgin olive oil, oregano, salt).

 

Allergy information:
May contain traces of egg, soya, celery, mustard and sulphites (from the bouillon manufacturing facility).

 

Portion information:
Each portion is prepared with approx. 250 g British Wagyu beef and 450 g organic potatoes (raw weight).
Baked in an aluminium foil tin, size 8” (approx. 20 cm diameter, 6 cm deep).
Serving suggestion:
Reheat in a pre-heated oven at 220 °C for about 15 minutes, until the dish is piping hot throughout.
