A light and fluffy gluten-free cocoa sponge layered with smooth mascarpone and double cream, lightly sweetened with xylitol. Filled with a Black Forest fruit mix in delicate jelly, topped with 70% dark chocolate shavings and fresh British cherries.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour, eggs, cocoa, xylitol, baking powder (gluten-free), double cream, mascarpone, Black Forest fruit mix, gelatine, dark chocolate (70%), fresh cherries.
