Pumpkin (peeled and chopped), onion, fresh ginger root, garlic, olive oil, vegetable bouillon (Marigold Organic Reduced Salt Vegan Bouillon Powder — contains sea salt, rice flour, vegetables, yeast extract, sunflower and rapeseed oil, turmeric, mushrooms, parsley, garlic), water, coconut milk (coconut extract 52%, water, stabilisers: guar gum, carboxy methyl cellulose; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids), salt, black pepper.
