A moist and aromatic mini apple cake, perfectly balanced with the natural sweetness of apples and xylitol, and enriched with crunchy walnuts and tangy dried cranberries. Baked with organic rapeseed oil and a gluten-free flour blend for a wholesome, gluten-free treat. Delicious as a light dessert or an afternoon snack with tea.
Ingredients: apples, gluten-free flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato, thickener: xanthan gum), organic rapeseed oil, xylitol, egg, walnuts, dried cranberries, gluten-free baking powder, baking soda.
