Kate’s Gluten Free Lasagne

A creamy, homemade-style gluten-free lasagne made with tender turkey, rich tomato sauce and smooth béchamel, layered with gluten-free pasta and topped with melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:

Gluten free lasagne sheets (rice flour, wholegrain rice flour, maize flour, quinoa flour, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids),

organic  beef mince , chopped tomatoes (tomatoes, concentrated tomato juice, citric acid),

organic whole milk, butter (milk),

gluten free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat),

organic reduced salt vegan bouillon (rice flour, sea salt, maltodextrin (from maize), vegetables (onion, carrot, parsnip), yeast extract, sunflower oil, turmeric, mushrooms, parsley, garlic),

carrot, onion, celery, parsley root, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg, mature cheddar cheese (milk).

Allergy advice:

Contains milk and celery.

Gluten free. Suitable for coeliacs.

Storage:

Best consumed within  5 days from the production date.

Production date:

Suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before reheating.

Serving suggestion – Gluten Free Lasagne

  • Preheat oven to 160–180°C.
  • Cover with baking paper to prevent the cheese from over-browning.
  • Heat for 20 minutes, until piping hot.
  • Enjoy warm for the best taste.
