A light and fluffy gluten-free sponge baked as a simple, versatile base — perfect for building your own cakes, layered desserts and celebration tortes. Soft, even crumb and easy to slice.
Serving suggestion: Can be sliced into 2–3 layers to make a filled celebration cake, or split to create two separate desserts/cakes.
Ingredients:
gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat; raising agents: mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate; thickener: xanthan gum), eggs, baking powder (gluten-free), Himalayan salt, vanilla extract, xylitol.
