Ingredients

Cake:

Freee gluten-free self-raising flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), unsweetened cocoa powder, gluten-free baking powder, free-range eggs, xylitol, natural vanilla extract, pinch of salt.

Filling:

Mascarpone cheese, double cream, xylitol, natural vanilla extract.

Icing:

Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), unsalted butter, xylitol, natural vanilla extract.
