A moist carrot sponge with orange zest, warm spices and a creamy white chocolate-cream cheese frosting, finished with a dusting of cinnamon.

Ingredients:

Cake: gluten free flour blend, xylitol, carrots, eggs, organic rapeseed oil, orange, gluten free baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.

Frosting: cream cheese, butter, white chocolate (milk powder, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin), xylitol.

Topping: cinnamon.

ALLERGENS: CONTAINS EGGS, MILK, SOYA. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS.

Packaging: each portion contains 3 slices.
