Finished with a light dusting of powdered xylitol and optional fresh raspberries for a simple, elegant touch.
Ingredients:
gluten-free self-raising flour, xylitol, unsalted butter, eggs, gluten-free baking powder, natural vanilla extract (optional), whipped double cream, raspberry & redcurrant jam (raspberries 70%, redcurrants 30%, fruit sugars, pectin), fresh raspberries (optional), powdered xylitol.
