1) Simple Granola – Special Edition
Ingredients: gluten free oats, dried cranberries, freeze dried raspberry, coconut flakes, mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, chia), almond, walnut, honey.
Allergens: nuts (walnut, almond), sesame seeds.
2) Gluten-Free Crêpes Mix
Ingredients: gluten free flour mix (rice, tapioca, maize, potato, buckwheat), xanthan gum, sodium bicarbonate.
Allergens: none in the dry mix. (Prepared recipe includes milk and eggs.)
How to prepare: mix with 650 ml milk, 2 eggs, and 20 ml olive oil or coconut oil.
3) Gluten-Free Gingerbread Heart
Handmade heart-shaped gingerbread biscuit, decorated with coloured white chocolate and sugar sprinkles. Ready to enjoy.
Ingredients: gluten-free self-raising flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), multi-flower honey, butter, eggs, xylitol, bicarbonate of soda, spice mix (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, cardamom), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), red gel food colour (glucose syrup, water, sugar, colours: lutein (E161b), carmine (E120), acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium lactate; gelling agent: carrageenan; preservative: potassium sorbate), coloured sugar decorations / sprinkles (sugar, water, maize starch, plant & vegetable concentrates [sweet potato, radish], coconut oil, glazing agent: beeswax).
Allergens: contains eggs, milk, soy. May contain traces of nuts.
