What’s inside

2 × Gluten-Free Gingerbread Cookie – soft, warmly spiced cookies made with multiflower honey and a cosy spice mix (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, cardamom) with a touch of white chocolate.

2 × Gluten-Free Oat Cookie – chewy oat cookies gently spiced with cinnamon, with dark chocolate and walnuts.

2 × Seed Cookie – crispy, lightly sweet cookies packed with seeds and almonds, sweetened with xylitol and dairy free.

2 × Gluten-Free Cranberry Cookie – cookies with dried cranberries, white chocolate and hazelnuts, a lovely mix of sweet and tangy.

All cookies are individually wrapped – perfect for gifting, sharing or popping into lunchboxes.

Ingredients

Gingerbread Cookie:

Gluten-free self-raising flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), multi-flower honey, butter, eggs, xylitol, bicarbonate of soda, spice mix (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, cardamom), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour).

Gluten-Free Oat Cookie:

Gluten-free oats, walnuts, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin), butter (milk), egg, peanut butter (peanuts), xylitol, gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, ground cinnamon.

Seed Cookie:

Egg, xylitol, almond flour, gluten-free baking powder, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, flaked almonds, vanilla extract, salt.

Gluten-Free Cranberry Cookie:

Gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat; raising agents: mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate; thickener: xanthan gum), gluten-free oats, xylitol, hazelnuts, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring), dried cranberries, salt, eggs, butter (milk).
