Kate’s Gluten Free Christmas Cranberry Cookies (Jar Mix)
Festive, crunchy on the outside and slightly chewy inside, filled with the sweetness of cranberries, creamy white chocolate, and the nutty crunch of hazelnuts. A naturally gluten-free and sugar-free holiday treat – perfect for gifting or sharing.
Ingredients (jar mix): Gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat; raising agents: mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate; thickener: xanthan gum), gluten-free oats, xylitol, hazelnuts, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring), dried cranberries, salt.
Allergy advice: Gluten free. Contains milk, hazelnuts, and soya. May contain traces of other nuts.
Preparation instructions
To bake your cookies, you will need to add:
- 2 eggs
- 160 g soft butter
- Empty the contents of the jar into a large mixing bowl.
- Add 2 eggs and 160 g soft butter (cut into pieces).
- Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Shape cookies (approx. Ø 3 cm, 0.5 cm thick) and place on a lined baking tray, leaving 4 cm between each.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–15 minutes, until golden.
- Cool completely before serving.
Hints & Tips
- Best enjoyed fresh, but baked cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 14 days.
- Store the jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until ready to bake.
- Perfect as a homemade festive gift.
