Each loaf is made to order in small batches to guarantee the best flavour and freshness.
Ingredients:
Gluten free flour (gluten free wheat starch, maize starch, dextrose, buckwheat flour, psyllium seed fibre, rice starch, thickener: guar, flavouring), water, yeast, olive oil, honey, salt.
Allergy advice:
Gluten free. Contains gluten free wheat starch.
May contain traces of nuts and soy.
Serving suggestion – Gluten Free Bread
This bread tastes best when gently reheated.
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
Warm the bread for about 15 minutes (or longer if you prefer a crispier crust).
Enjoy it fresh and fragrant, just like straight from the oven!
