Honey Glazed Buckwheat Buns
Soft gluten-free buns made with millet, buckwheat, and cornstarch. Lightly sweetened with honey and glazed with honey water and poppy seeds. Perfect for breakfast rolls and sandwiches.
Ingredients: water, cornstarch, buckwheat flour, millet flour, psyllium husk, fresh yeast, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt.
Glaze: water, honey, poppy seeds.
Allergy advice: may contain traces of nuts and sesame.
Packed in packs of 4.
This bread tastes best when gently reheated.
- Preheat your oven to 160°C.
- Warm the bread for about 15 minutes (or longer if you prefer a crispier crust).
- Enjoy it fresh and fragrant, just like straight from the oven!
Best before: 4–5 days from production date (stored airtight).
