Description
I A delicious, classic cheesecake with a light, airy topping and beautiful golden “dew drops” on the surface. This version is completely gluten-free and sugar-free, naturally sweetened with xylitol. Perfect for special occasions or as an everyday treat.
Baked in an aluminium foil tin, size 8” (approx. 20 cm diameter, 6 cm deep).
Best enjoyed within 5 days after baking, when stored in the fridge.
Ingredients:
Semi-fat curd cheese (milk), eggs, xylitol, gluten-free flour blend (rice, maize, buckwheat, raising agent, xanthan gum), gluten-free cream and vanilla puddings with sugar (potato starch, corn starch, sugar, flavouring, colour: curcumin), milk, butter, rapeseed oil, salt, baking powder.

Contains milk and eggs.
May contain traces of nuts due to the production environment of ingredients.
Storage: Keep refrigerated at all times.
