GLUTEN FREE STRAWBERRY CAKE
A soft and airy gluten-free sponge made with a blend of naturally gluten-free flours. Layered with a smooth cream made from double cream, mascarpone and a touch of white chocolate, creating a delicate and balanced sweetness. Finished with fresh ripe strawberries set in a light strawberry jelly for a refreshing fruity finish.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat; raising agents: mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate; thickener: xanthan gum), eggs, xylitol, baking powder (gluten-free), double cream, mascarpone, white chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavourings), fresh strawberries, strawberry jelly.
