Gluten-Free Onion Soup
A rich, aromatic soup made from slowly caramelised onions with olive oil and butter, gently seasoned with organic vegetable bouillon and a blend of naturally gluten-free flours.
Comforting, full of flavour, and perfect as a light meal or a base for your own culinary creations.

Ingredients: onions, olive oil, butter, water, sea salt, black pepper, gluten-free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), organic vegetable bouillon powder (rice flour, sea salt, maltodextrin from maize, vegetables — onion, carrot, parsnip — yeast extract, sunflower oil, turmeric, mushrooms, parsley, garlic).
Serving suggestion:
Pour the soup into a pot and heat gently.
Alternatively, divide into smaller ovenproof bowls, top with gluten-free croutons or slices of white gluten-free bread, sprinkle with cheese of your choice, and bake for about 15–20 minutes until the cheese is lightly golden.
